Senior Sales Executive 

Job Description: 
The ideal candidate will be responsible for actively taking part in all sales activities from lead generation to closing. You would be responsible to achieve your target, handle transfers from frontiers/junior sales reps, verify the qualifiers as per our clients’ demand and pass it on to the licensed agents in USA. 

Responsibilities/Roles: 

  • Capable of generating quality leads and handling transfers
  • Need to take at least 300 – 500 calls a day
  • Must put in at least 6-8 dialing hours a day
  • Must be able to follow all guidelines presented to them by management or leadership
  • Should filter out the interested customers and transfer them over to the US licensed agents in timely manner
  • Determine customers’ requirements and should be able to assist them with any queries whatsoever
  • Maintain the LPD ratio assigned to you by management
  • Should be able to handle cold calling at time of need

Qualifications/Skills Required: 

  • Ability to work night shifts
  • Excellent communication skills, neutral English accent
  • Ability to handle pressure
  • Top notch persuasive and multi-tasking skills
  • No tardiness issues, self motivated and determined 
  • Must have atleast 1 year experience in one of the following campaigns (Health Insurance, Medicare, Retention, Customer Management, Home Security Closer, Final Expense)
