HR Executive 

Job Description: 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing policies and managing all human resource activities, including but not limited to, recruiting, training, compensation guidelines, employee relations and benefits management. This role will report directly to the Senior Management.

Responsibilities/Roles: 

  • Consistently recruiting excellent staff
  • Maintaining a smooth onboarding process
  • Training, counseling, and coaching our staff about company’s policies and programs
  • Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties and salary reviews
  • Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness
  • Giving helpful and engaging presentations to new recruits
  • Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance
  • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures
  • Maintaining employee and workplace privacy
  • Interacting with new applicants via social media platforms

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Ability to work night shifts
  • Minimum 2 years experience in HR
  • Experience in educating, recruiting and coaching staff
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations
  • Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
