Business Development Manager

Job Description: 

The ideal candidate would be responsible for helping the company obtain better brand recognition and financial growth. Candidate must coordinate with media buyers and insurance companies within the US to expand business opportunities for Maxfort.

Responsibilities/Roles:

  • Partnering with Executive Level VPs, Regional Managers, Director, and Branch Managers in US to increase clientele for our company 
  • Review current market trends in order to propose new business ideas that can improve revenue margins
  • Handle all relevant documentations, meetings and company-wide presentations to enhance profitability
  • Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate
  • Develop and maintain an action plan to strengthen client relationships for current and future business needs
  • Think strategically – seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Must be a US citizen
  • Strong negotiation, social and influencing skills
  • Ability to target companies and passive candidates by leveraging all available online and offline resources
  • Past experience in relevant field is a plus
